| The Federal Public Services "Home Affairs" and "Information and Communication Technology" together with the Communities and Regions have co-operated to realise this site, which enables every citizen to search for the results of the elections for the European Parliament and the Regional Parliaments (formerly referred to as ”Councils“), i.e. the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region, Flemish Parliament, Walloon Parliament and Parliament of the German-speaking Community, in the form of figures and graphs.
The results of the elections can also be found on www.elections.fgov.be. This site provides all the election results in Belgium from 1830 to today.
N.B. As a result of amendments to the Constitution in 2004 and legislative amendments in 2005 until 2006, the term "Council", employed to refer to the Regional assemblies, has been replaced in the meantime by the term "Parliament".
